For Schedulehead to schedule for you, it needs to know who your workers are.
Your workers will sign up for your shifts, and Schedulehead will evaluate them after every shift they work.
But first, you'll need to invite them to work for you. There are two ways to do this:
- Send them an invitation
- Give them your Schedulehead address
If you want to send them an invitation, simply go to the Workers section of the Toolkit, and click the link "invite a worker".
Then, just enter in the email address of the person you want to invite to your company.
Alternatively, you can give them your Schedulehead address, e.g. mycompany.schedulehead.com. Once your workers go to your company's Schedulehead page, they will register to work for your company.
Regardless of how your workers register for your company, you will need to approve them to work for you. When a worker registers for your company, you will receive an email asking for your approval. If you click the link, they will be approved.
If for whatever reason, the email is lost, you can go to the "All Workers" section of your Workers page, find the person whom you wish to approve, and click the "Approve Worker" button.
Once your worker is approved, they will be given all of the skills that you have marked as "On for new workers".
They can now sign up for shifts.
