With Schedulehead, workers earn privileges and perks by showing up on time, doing their job well, and staying committed to your company. One of these privileges is the length of time into the future that a worker can see, and sign up for, available shifts.
Follow along with this example
Take Worker 1:
“Worker One” has an overall star rating of five and has worked five shifts since being hired.
When “Worker One” logs onto their Schedulehead account, they are only be able to see shifts that are fourteen days ahead. This is because Schedulehead recognizes they have a solid star rating, but lack the seniority of other staff.
Take Worker #2
In comparison, “Worker Two” has been with the company for three months and has a lower, four star rating.
When “Worker Two” logs into Schedulehead, they are able to see forty days ahead. Why does Worker #2 have more visibility than Worker #1? This is because our patent-pending technology takes into account that “life” happens. In the real world, your staff experiences traffic jams, car trouble, illness and even the occasional alien abduction.
Schedulehead takes all of this, and much more, into account when deciding what workers are the best fit for certain shifts. That way you can spend more time doing business, and less time behind your desk.
