Cannot log in to your account. When trying to login, you may be returned directly back to the username and password prompt with no error message.
- Account may still need to be activated: If your account is brand new, you should have received an account activation email instantly after you signed up. If you did not, check your spam folder.
- Some very old browsers aren't supported: If you're using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may experience problems with Schedulehead. Switch to a modern browser like Chrome (or Firefox).
- Cache needs to be cleared: Occasionally, you'll need to empty your browser's cache for Schedulehead and other websites to function correctly.
