Invalid username or password
- You can visit https://login.schedulehead.com/passwordReset to request a new password be sent to your email. If you do not see the email, make sure to check your spam folder.
- You can contact your place of work to have them update your password.
Cannot log in to your account. When trying to login, you may be returned directly back to the username and password prompt with an account status error message.
- Account may still need to be activated: You should contact your place of work regarding the status of your account.
- Some very old browsers aren't supported: If you're using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may experience problems with Schedulehead. Switch to a modern browser like Chrome.
- Cache needs to be cleared: Occasionally, you'll need to empty your browser's cache for Schedulehead and other websites to function correctly.
